Returns Procedure

Although we cannot accept returns for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items, we will of course accept a return should there have been a failure in either the quality of delivery or the product that you have purchased.

We ask that all deliveries are inspected on receipt and that we are notified of any errors / damages or visible faults within 24 hours of delivery.

All parts also come with a 12 month warranty against any failure of the product in the course of its' intended use.

In the unfortunate event that you need to return a part to us we ask that you please refer to the instructions below;

  1. Fill in the form on our web page detailing the reason for your returns request and quoting your original order number. Submit the form to us.
  2. One of our team will inspect and action your request, create and issue you a returns authorisation number (RMA). Should we be unable to accept your returns request for any reason you will be notified at this point. Please note that we may request photographic evidence of the defect prior to accepting a return.
  3. On issue of your RMA reference you can return the item to Ideal, clearly quoting your returns reference. The address for returns is shown later.
  4. On receipt of your return we will inspect and issue a refund as appropriate. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund to you we will notify you asap.
